Delta proudly introduces a new generation of completely redesigned high performance cooling fans built to meet, and exceed, the thermal dissipation demands of the latest generation of Intel server processors and beyond. By creating this new generation of best cooling fans, Delta has employed co-simulation fluid and magnetic field strategy to create a fan component system that is greater than the sum of its parts. By simulating and comparing the case, motor, PWBA, frame, and impeller, Delta ultimately created its highest speed and highest efficiency enterprise server fan while reducing noise and vibration. This is coupled with smart sensing technology to further increase the ability of the best cooling fan series and further protect the costly components these new high performance cooling fans are deployed to thermally manage. Delta cooling fans manage speeds greater than 30,000 RPM while maintaining or reducing power requirements over prior generation fans. This is achieved through a new impeller and frame design that increases rotational efficiency and reducing uneven pressure zones in the interior of the frame. The new frame also utilizes a new resin to increase the natural resonance of frame with a higher flexural modulus to reduce operational vibration.
Highest speed fans with greater than 30,000 RPM and the output static pressure can reach to
9.73 inH20.
Increased performance with higher power efficiency to maintain or reduce power requirements
Redesigned impeller to increase air flow rate and improve blade efficiency
New resin utilized for the fan frame for higher flexural modulus to reduce fan vibration
Smart system design to assist in preserving vital server blade components
